  3. Next the surface is prepared which is done either via an acid wash, etching or grinding. The helps the bonding process.
  4. The overlay is then prepared and mixed adding any colours and additives at this point.
  5. Next the preparation is applied carefully using a trowel application. This on average takes around 24 hours to dry.
  6. The surface is then sealed to give the finished look.
